I live up in the hills of Sausalito with floor to ceiling windows that view the Sausalito Bay Area. I have a private bedroom that is on the other side of the house from mine with its own entrance if needed. It has a private hot tub deck off the side of the room that also has a fantastic outdoor shower. The room is offered with the rest of my house as shared space. I have a full kitchen and living room that is open for your use at any time. Many times I am traveling and am not even here and you have the space to yourself. This place is warm and cozy and easy proximity to all of Sausalito, the ferry to the city, and lots of nature trails and access to the entire bay.

My place is available for nightly rentals based on availability. It is also a perfect space for commuters and those looking for ongoing rentals when needing to be in the Bay Area. If you need a place Monday - Friday or certain times in the week, this is the perfect place. Please inquire about pricing based on the nights that you need. If you are staying here on an ongoing basis, you can store things here as you need them.

I am an easy going guy - I have a lot of experience with Airbnb here as well as short term rentals. I enjoy meeting new people and only ask that you respect the property and my house as if it were your own. You have access to laundry and the place is fully furnished and you do not need anything for stays here.
