I have a room for rent in my house that is available. Flexible move in date. It is 1 bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The room is 10x13' with a large closet. Singles only, no couples or kids.
Great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood by Taylor mountain. Huge kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space, laundry, and private backyard with room for bbq hangouts and plenty of space for your veggie garden, plants, etc. There is a comfy living room and huge sun room for relaxing, creative activities, and more! I also have a small garage and shed for storage.
$1,200 per month, all utilities included. $1,000 deposit.
Please be respectful, clean, and have a steady job.
I am in my mid 30s and work 10hr days Mon-Thurs. I really like rocks and minerals, house plants, arts and crafts, and nature.
