Looking to fill a room in a house located in North West Santa Rosa in a neighborhood off College Ave and Stony Point. The room is unfurnished, has two windows and a decent closet. You would have a shared the bathroom with one person. And the kitchen, living room and garage are all communal type areas. Unfortunately no pets technically allowed but one cat or other small quiet creature would probably be cool. There is some garage space for extra storage. We have a washer and dryer that you can use as well.
I'm a 41 year old electrician and wanna be video game designer. And the other guy is a 38 year old chef. We both work full time and pretty much keep to ourselves. Both of us are 420 friendly too.
Rent is $650 per month plus about $100-130 dollars per person for utilities and Internet. The deposit is $500. We're looking to fill the room ASAP. We'll need one or two references and a good rental history always helps. Also the landlord will want to do a rental background check on you. It's basically a soft credit check, rental history and background check rolled into one. Looking for responsible and chill people with a steady income. Also the fella that moved out owned the couch.
