We have a bedroom to rent in our beautiful home in Santa Rosa. It's in a safe and quiet area with plenty of street parking. So if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. You will share a bathroom with 2 sinks with one other roommate. Cable, wifi and utilities are all included in rent. Our new roommate will have access to the common area of the home, living room, kitchen and garden. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least one year, a non smoker or drugs of any kind, no pets, and not too noisy.
