I have a newly remolded double-wide mobile home to share. The setup is pretty nice for a share rental in that we will each get one half of the home. About 600 sq. ft. each. You get your side and I get my side. This will give each of us lots of privacy and comfort. You will get the master bedroom that is aprox. 14 x 11ft and has a big bathroom and walk in closet. Big-shower. You also get a living room that is about aprox. 15 x 14ft. (all of that is just for you! wow!) Of course you also get use of the kitchen and in house laundry room.

I work nights and weekends so I ask that you maintain quiet hours from 2am until 10am seven days a week. You don’t have to be silent. Just quiet. Also, I prefer that you have a full time job outside the house.
Please note that this rental is located in an adults-only mobile home park. Minimum age is 45. The park administration will want to verify your age before you move in.
Covered parking under carport.
ONE PERSON ONLY, PLEASE. No smoking, vaping, drug use or heavy drinking.
The rent is $1300 plus 1/2 of utilities. I will provide wifi if you want or can get your own.

The rental will be available mid-November.
