The Flat is furnished but you can furnish your own room and bathroom.

(The utilities have been around $225/month for PGandE, Water, Garbage, Wifi, Netflix, parking spaces…. So $100-150 each) ***I don’t have TV Cable because I watch Netflix, Prime Videos or YouTube***
