Room (10 x 11) available Nov. 1, and possibly sooner, in a spacious S. Novato townhome with two mature women. We tend to be a clean, tidy and fairly quiet household. We are in good health and lead fairly active lives. Each one of us has our own yoga and meditation practice. We are located in the hills and redwoods off S. Novato Blvd. near lots of great hiking trails in northern Marin and easy access to the freeway though far enough away for no noise. Just over the hill is Nuggets, a family owned grocery store with plenty of organic produce and a great coffee shop. We have a darling cat, and, unfortunately, cannot take any more pets. You would have your own bathroom downstairs and would have the use of the shower in a large upstairs bathroom with one other housemate. Rent is $1,000, plus utilities and a deposit, and there is some storage in the garage. We would prefer someone who works outside of the house, has good boundaries and communication skills.
