Seeking Handyman – Housing Opportunity with Work Exchange
Looking for a reliable handyman to assist with property maintenance. In exchange, housing is offered with the following terms:
- First month rent is free
- If agreed-upon work is not completed satisfactorily, you may continue to stay at 50% rent for the second and third months (capped at $450/month)
- After that, standard rent applies
- Locations available: Vallejo, Hayward, Oakland, Clearlake, or Napa
Requirements:
- Be clear and specific about your skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general repairs)
- Indicate how many hours per week you can commit
- If you work beyond the agreed hours, you may be paid additionally for extra time
