The room is located in a large home in the Circle Oaks neighborhood of Napa. If you aren't familiar with this neighborhood, it is about 20 minutes to downtown Napa, pretty secluded, and is about 15 minutes away from Lake Berryessa. You can usually see deer or turkeys on a daily basis, as well as other birds and wildlife. Amazing views and fresh air are abundant up here!
Roommates are friendly and quiet. We share food often and get along, but are respectful of each other’s personal space.
The room is carpeted, has 2 big windows, and can be furnished if you want.
Shared bathroom has tub, shower, storage space, counter space, etc.
You have full access to the large living room, dining room and kitchen. There’s a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a large yard that is mostly fenced in and safe for dogs. We may be doing a vegetable garden, there’s plenty of space for it!
Pets are negotiable, as is additional storage space. Rent is negotiable for anyone that isn’t home most of the time, anyone that can help with yard care or home maintenance.
