This unique cabin sits in the heart of Rio Nido, a few blocks from the Russian River and the Rio Nido Roadhouse. Rio Nido is a vibrant and hip community full of artists, musicians and creators. The Rio Nido Roadhouse features live music year-round, a restaurant/full bar and a swimming pool for visitors and residents in the summer.

The house sits next to the tennis courts, community center, community garden and park, and the home is above the flood zone. The hot tub has not run in over a year. Maintenance/repairs of the hot tub would be the responsibility of the tenant. The house comes with a small sleeper sofa and a credenza.
