If you are someone who likes to live in a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary, this could be wonderful for you. My daughter just graduated high school and she will be traveling and then she will be here for brief periods before she heads off to college next fall. This makes it a unique situation where most of the time it'll just be you, me and Sauce (the cat) and then sometimes we will share space with my 19 year-old as well.
You would have your own floor of the house a private bathroom with tub and shower--and we would of course share the rest of the house.
The house is furnished, so it would be great for someone who mostly has their own bedroom stuff but not a lot of other furniture although there is some storage in the garage.
Parking is on the street. The room is freshly painted and the carpets cleaned. It's a lovely space with high ceilings, 2 windows, a sliding glass door to its own deck and a spacious closet. It's really a gorgeous space. The rent is $1,750 plus utilities and cleaners. The decks are amazing especially in the warm weather and we have a hot tub. It's truly divine...and it's very close to hiking trails and you can walk to the trailhead in about five minutes.
You can also walk down to town in 5 or 10 minutes through the staircases in the woods. It's a great location and of course you would get to live in the bucolic town of Fairfax with easy access to the Good Earth, the Wu Wei Tea Temple and endless hiking.
