I have a room for rent in my 2bed 2 bath apartment. The room is the master bedroom and you will be sharing the apartment with another female (25 yo). This is near Sonoma State university about 1 mi away, perfect walking distance if you don’t have a car. It’s 20 min away to the smart train. The apartments are the Emerald Pointe and this is an upstairs unit, the rent is 2425 split. Utilities are not included unfortunately and I wish I had control over that but I don’t. It has a nice patio that’s furnished with a table and chairs. The living room is furnished with a large couch and tv and its always available for use. Kitchen is furnished with lots of cooking tools and spices you can use. It also has a washer and dryer installed.
