I am 67 and have been renting rooms for over 25 years. The house loves people and the household is conscientious and respectful of each other. We have a huge kitchen and family room, which is great for eating and visiting with fellow roomies. There's also lots of room for privacy, peace and tranquility, if desired.
The current housemates range in ages 42-68. There is a total of 4 at the moment which includes me and we are looking for a magical 5th... I am away often a for work, weeks at a time. And one housemate is only here 2 or 3 weeks a month.
We are environmentally conscientious , but definitely have room to improve on that regard.
I am a animal lover and hope you are as well.
We are graced with a large backyard and we're located at the base of Ring Mountain.
I know it sounds like a lot of people, but it is a magical, tranquil, lovely old house that seems to absorb all.
