I will have a small down payment when I sell my mobile home.
I am raising my grandson, and, he cannot live at my current home due to it being a senior property.
I am 76 and really want and need to get settled in long term housing.
I have always owned a home and really hate to just rent because I want something permanent.
And, hopefully he will have a home and security in the future.
