Competent and adventurous couple looking for a rural property to rent/lease to own or care take. We are both honest and employed, have 2 horses and 2 dogs, love the outdoors and are very active. We are clean, organized, and handy individuals who have the necessary tools and skills required to maintain a large piece of land including experience in fire suppression, trail building, drainage, brush removal, tree care, etc. Can provide references upon request.
