Hello Neighbors -- I'm a local ADU professional, qualified buyer with excellent credit looking for a house to add an ADU for family.
What I'm looking for (* flexible if price reflects value)
-- Max $800,000 House (fixer ok!) with a minimum 7000 sq ft lot. Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, Sonoma or Sebastopol.
-- Public utilities / no septic / no HOA
— Flexible closing is possible, if needed ; no urgent timeline if that helps for an easier transition.
I know a real estate attorney that could process the legal paperwork (or your choice!). This could potentially save a lot of fees.
I'm also open to help homeowners add value to their lot by adding an ADU. Please reach out if you have or know something not yet on the market.
