36' rv space wanted (Cloverdale)

Our ideal location is rural with water, sewer and 50 or 30 amp electric hookups with enough room to park 3 vehicles (his, hers, and work truck).
My wife is a full time online student pursuing a master's in psychology, and I recently started an agricultural equipment field service business serving Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino and Lake counties.
We are a very quiet and reserved couple and typically keep to ourselves, but we do have a friendly to humans and dogs, 1/2 springer spaniel 1/4 Pyrenees who enjoys long nature walks, but spends the rest of the day quietly indoors (unless allowed outside), or with me at work.
We are willing to pay between $600-$1200 depending on location and compatibility, plus utilities. I am also very handy coming from a Midwest farm background, and I would be open to working off portions or all of our rent bill on all manner of handyman related repairs or construction that I am skilled in and have tools for.
A separate mailbox is preferred but not a deal breaker and preferably, my mobile business would be able to be registered to the address.
