Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager for our retail showroom. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of luxury retail management experience, a strong knowledge of the interior design industry, and expertise in sales, operations, people management, and merchandising. This role is pivotal in ensuring the showroom meets its qualitative objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the brand ambassador for Erin Martin in the showroom.
• Collaborate closely with the owner on all showroom-related details.
• Focus on client satisfaction and drive sales in a selling position.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
• Manage multiple workflows and processes efficiently.
• Oversee showroom processes from product fabrication to delivery.
• Ensure the showroom is beautifully merchandised, clean, and inviting.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all vendor and artist products.
• Handle day-to-day showroom operations.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors on custom and in-house products.
• Work with warehouse staff on product placement, displays, and deliveries.
• Serve as a liaison with artists and vendors.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage sales associates.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports and forecasts.
• Manage artist openings and vendor events.
• Be detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• Provide weekly updates on showroom events and sales.
• Oversee showroom social media accounts.

Requirements:
• 5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• 3 years of interior design-related experience preferable
• Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to work in a busy, luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
