Standard Cleaning Fee:$500.00
Which includes:
2-3 Rooms; Dusting, Sweeping/Vacuuming & Mopping (15ft x 15ft max for EACH ROOM)
(all flat surfaces and window sills will be wiped down, and walls spot cleaned.)
2 Bathrooms; The Sink, the tub/shower, toilet and floors.
Walls wiped down and disinfected.
(10ft x 15ft volume IN TOTAL is max)
Kitchen; All Dishes, sink, counters and cupboar tidying as time allows.
In that order.
Kitchen area Walls wiped down and disinfected.
All Windows will be wiped down on the inside with my service fee.
But a seperate WindowCleaning Service can be referenced by me to arrive the day I am scheduled to clean, or of your choosing.

Gardening Services $500/month
2 Visits a month (averaging 4-6hours max)
Responsabilities:
Weeding the entire front of the home, then the perimeter as time allows.
Establishing new Native Plants and Flowers for your type of soil.
Building & Maintaining your Vegetable Garden for the Season, by Harvesting, planting, deheading flowers, etc.
Maintaining an organic compost pile
Trimming and Shaping Plants for maximum yield.
A Planting Schedule provided for your convenince as a homemaker to filitate meal preparation or crop preservation.
