Receptionist/ Front Desk Office Operations needed for a hard working fast paced Property Management, Sales and Maintenance Corporation
We are looking for the ideal motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as being our first impression to the public with a smile and positive demeaner. Helpful to have some Real Estate Management Qualifications

• Type at least 30 words per minute
• Knowledge of Craig List
• Basic Bookkeeping skills
• Familiar with general property maintenance
• Current Real Estate License extremely helpful
• Bilingual helpful, but not required
• Work under extreme pressure and sensitive timelines
• Detail note taking
General Job Duties:
• Answer Multi-Line Phone System
• Greet Clients, Guests & Tenants
• Handle Mail Service (incoming & outgoing)
• MUST have detailed knowledge of the Russian River, Forestville, Rio Nido, Guerneville,
Monte Rio, Cazadero, Duncan Mills, Jenner and including surrounding areas such as Sebastopol,
Occidental, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park and Windsor
• Help Potential Tenants View Properties
• Review and Processing rental applications
• Data Entry
• Create spread sheets from our operating database
• Filing, Letter Writing and mail Preparation
• Type Rental and Management contracts
• View rental properties
• Hold open houses
• Team building
• Set time frame goals
• Keep the office organized and fully stock with supplies
• Handle various tasks from supervisors
• Creating quarterly newsletters

Computer Skills:
 Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word
 Excel and Outlook. Internet search engines (google, yahoo) and browsers (internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox)
 Word Press.
 Manage business Facebook Page
 Researching and writing weekly Blogs
 Graphic
 Creating Brochures
 Maintaining and creating quarterly newsletters

Hours - {Full time} 40 hours a week 8:30am-5:00pm (Tuesday through Saturdays, and Saturdays a MUST)
Pay - Depending on Experience.
