ONE PERSON ONLY.
Rent $500/mo plus 10 hrs a month work on property. Fixit skills for all the things that go wrong on an older house and property (will call a professional for major problems). May include some carpentry, painting touch up, minor repairs. Other jobs may include yardwork, help with drip irrigation and flower gardening.
Utilities $75/ mo include pge, high speed internet, garbage.
Must commit to stay at least one year. And be able to move in now or soon.
Single mature, working or retired person familiar w/country property and excellent communication skills.
