Having owned and used a multitude of zooms for decades now, I MUCH prefer TWO-TOUCH designs. One ring controls focal length, the other focus. Works beautifully on DSLRs and mirrorless bodies (with adapter) and, of course, on Pentax and other K-mount film cameras.
Glass is clean and clear, aperture blades are dry and diaphragm is “snappy”.
