We will keep the rent as it is, at $1,700/month, plus a $1,500 security deposit. Owners pay all utilities except for internet. We require a full tenant screening and credit report of at least 650, plus references from previous landlords.
Our tenant has had to close her practice because of disability. She, her colleagues and their clients have been very happy in this space. The suite was decorated beautifully, and has been a welcoming, serene environment for this very active practice and their clients. The previous tenant was La Vida immigration attorneys, who stayed in the suite for ten years.
