This is a bright, very spacious commercial office space, with two enclosed offices/ treatment rooms, a large reception area, a common mid-suite space currently used as a workroom, a kitchen area with refrigerator and sink, an en suite bathroom, wall-to-wall carpeting, and a private entrance on 10th street. It is on ground level and is wheelchair accessible. Lessees will have parking privileges in the tenant lot, which has a reserved space for disabled visitors. The suite is part of a two-story historic office building, which is very well-maintained. Tenants are professionals, and most are long-term.

We will keep the rent as it is, at $1,700/month, plus a $1,500 security deposit. Owners pay all utilities except for internet. We require a full tenant screening and credit report of at least 650, plus references from previous landlords.

Our tenant has had to close her practice because of disability. She, her colleagues and their clients have been very happy in this space. The suite was decorated beautifully, and has been a welcoming, serene environment for this very active practice and their clients. The previous tenant was La Vida immigration attorneys, who stayed in the suite for ten years.
