This office is near the Northgate Mall. It has large windows looking out on the San Rafael hills with stunning sunsets. It is a warm, simple, environment that clients enjoy and immediately feel safe in. Features include air conditioning, a private waiting room, plentiful parking, and easy access from the freeway. It is available Mondays, Fridays, and weekends.
The office is furnished for psychotherapy with a modern, wooden desk, a sofa, (it looks a little bleh in this photo, but it's in great shape and very comfortable) and a Lay-Z-Boy-esque comfortable chair. Additional rolling office chairs are available to be used in session. It has WiFi and a BlueAir air purifier.
The waiting area has three chairs, a water dispenser, tea table, a simple music system, and storage areas.
Lease is $280/day of the week. If somebody wanted it for two or more days weekly, it would be at a discounted rate. I am looking for a stable commitment from a professional. It doesn't need to be a psychotherapist.
