Ideal practitioners could be:
somatic experiencing practitioners, depth hypnosis, EMDR, wellness coaching, NLP, Functional Medicine practitioners, osteopaths, massage therapists, therapeutic body workers, and the like. *trauma informed a bonus
Currently, we are 1 acupuncturist and 1 massage therapist
There are 3 treatment rooms available at various times/days for sublease;
and a larger open space for small (10-12 people) workshops, classes and health oriented events.
(((*$50 off each shift for first 3 months of lease)))
2 Rooms are 9x8 and rent for $200/month per shift* (one room has a sink)--or $350 for full day.
1 Room is 11x8 and rents for $240/month per shift* --or $390 for full day
1 17x12 Community Room for a workshop, class or series of classes - optimal for 8-12 people. (avail by the day for full and 1/2 days on weekends -- inquire for more info.)
1 shift is a 1/2 day. Either 6am - 2pm (morning) and/or 2pm - 10pm (evening)
Preference given to those able to work 3-4 shifts/week. Rent is decreased by $50/shift for shifts beyond 4.
The space is ground level with an enclosed private garden patio (+ a spacious shared large deck in front), has reception area/front desk, 2+ practitioner workstations, washer/dryer, kitchen, herb/supplement room, larger central community room, bathroom (not ADA compliant), space for supply storage, shared patient parking lot and lots of potential for growth as the space accommodates.
Sublease includes use of laundry, wifi, utilities, maintenance/housekeeping, filtered water/tea and private patio.
