We are located in a safe, quiet, lovely complex of other therapeutic practitioner offices with a landscaped center courtyard and off-street parking lot.
The space is perfect for ie: a midwife, therapist, healer, counselor, body worker, or massage therapist, writer or someone wanting a quiet space to work but we are open to some other kind of quiet, tidy and respectful subletter.
We are healing practitioners looking for one or two or three more person(s) to share our space. It can fit small groups up to 6 people. There is a massage table on-site to use. A shelf and a drawer for storage is available.
Security Deposit is the same as 1 month's rent. A 1year contract is required.
Days available are: all day Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and/or Sundays ~ and Mons and Weds until 5:30pm.
Rent for one of those days is $300/mo for 1 day a week. It is possible to sublet for one or more days.
*The more days you rent the more the rent per day goes down.
