The space is available on an hourly, half day, or whole day basis. It is available for regular rentals and time-to-time rentals. I am keeping the rates below the current standard, as I really just need help with the rent and I am not looking to make any money off of this.
Rates:
Hourly rates for the studio are $20 per hour. If you book more than 7 hours per month, we can arrange a discount.
Daily rates are $150 per day (as an example, all Tuesdays in a month are a total of $150.
The space is well-lit and has a kitchenette. It has been recently remodeled. Kitchen has an iSpring CU-A4 4-Stage 0.01 micron High Capacity Premium Under Sink Drinking Water System with a dispensing faucet next to the sink faucet. The filter system removes up to 99% of chlorine and chlorine treatment by-products, lead, arsenic, and much more, while retaining minerals.
There are fold-up chairs and a massage table available. There is ample circulation with all of the windows, and I have supplied an air purifier as well. The space is regularly cleaned, physically and energetically!
