Petaluma Wellness Arts Center is an award winning integrative Wellness Center in the heart of Petaluma, rooted in professional care, integrity, and community. We are in our 12th year as an established Wellness Center offering thoughtful, highly skilled client-centered care in a peaceful and supportive environment. We are currently seeking like-minded practitioners to sublet furnished practice rooms 1–3 days per week. We pride ourselves on collaboration, professionalism, and creating a space where both practitioners and clients feel genuinely supported.

Our current offerings include:

Massage Therapy
Holistic Skin Care
Chiropractic
Acupuncture
Somatic Bodywork
Hypnotherapy
Infrared Sauna

Available days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Who Would Be a Great Fit
We are looking for practitioners whose work is complementary to our existing offerings (but not the same type of therapy). Compatible services might include, lymphatic massage, reiki or energy work, cranial sacral therapy, psychology, orthopedics, physical therapy, or other licensed health professionals who value a calm, respectful, and community-oriented environment. Ideal subleasors are quiet, conscientious, and committed to ethical, skilled practice.

Rental Rates (Monthly):

1 day a week- $275 (8 hours)
2 days a week- $500
3 days a week- $750

Month to month for 3 months, then longer lease options available
