This space is a 2 room sublet (one waiting room and one treatment room) on the first floor of a professional office complex available 5 days/week (Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun) and is perfect for practitioners such as therapists, bodyworkers, and physician's who have a somatically oriented practice and who need minimal equipment. (There are basic exam related medical supplies such as a rolling BP unit. No sink in the room itself though.) The first entrance room is a waiting room which adjoins one relatively sound proof treatment room. Both rooms are nicely appointed with a peaceful atmosphere. The building has central AC and heat and prolific free parking.
Waiting room: 14'8" long by 9'10" wide
Treatment room: 14'10" long by 9'10" wide
TREATMENT ROOM:
Windows facing the courtyard with the fountain. Partial sun with adjustable sun shades.
Hydraulic table and 2 rolling stools.
Desk with chairs for both patient/client and provider for intake interviews and coordinating payment.
Lots of props available for use - various pillows, a large foam leg support when patients/clients are supine, etc.
(I do not have a lot of storage space in case that is a critical need but should have at least one shelf depending on needs.)
Extra heater (Heating and AC is centrally controlled so in room heater allows for more temp control)
WAITING ROOM:
Large comfortable new couch, tea bar, water service with hot and cold spigots, tea, noise machine with 18 different adjustable sounds (ocean, running creek, white noise, etc). Decorative wall fountain. Small Fridge and microwave.
Of note, given this space is an osteopathic physician office, there are some medical/anatomical props such as models of skulls, a skeleton, a blood pressure machine, stethoscope, and otoscope. No room for additional furniture.
BATHROOM:
Two bathrooms down the hall which are ADA accessible.
PARKING:
Plentiful free parking with no time limit for the day.
OTHER:
Great location 2 minutes off 101 between a shopping with lots of restaurants and REI.
Beautiful entrance with large fountain and redwood trees. Building is U shaped and center of the U is the main lobby with offices winging to the right and left.
On-site security, maintenance, and well lit at night (VERY safe)
Almost daily cleaning service
Office and bathroom are ADA accessible.

POTENTIAL DOWNSIDES:
There is NO break room on site. Nearest sink is in the bathroom down the hall.
If you are a massage therapist, make sure you look at the head of the table as traditional head covers won't fit on the style of my face rest. The table does adjust to a seated position if you work with pregnant women.
If you are an acupuncturist, given allergies and sensitivities of some of my patients, I don't want the burning of Moxa in the room (though I like that it exists and think it's a useful tool)
If you are a psychotherapist, the rooms can work, AND at the same time, are better suited towards a practitioner who integrates bodywork of some kind, as the bodywork table is the centerpiece of the room.
Storage: Available but very limited. You are welcome to use my props if helpful.
RENT:
$300.00 each day, $150 for half the day (8am-2pm, 2:30pm-9pm).
$250/day if you rent two or more days.
*Note: This fee is for the entire month for that particular time slot.
Eg. If you rent Wednesdays, then $300 would be the total rent for 4 Wednesdays.
