Seeking a part-time Receptionist with exceptional customer service and phone skills. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member who shares our strong work ethic. Applicants should have at least one year prior professional office experience.
Office hours will be Monday -Friday from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (25 hrs/wk)
The receptionist performs a number of duties at the front desk, including customer service, all incoming calls, data entry, general support for staff, and other duties as assigned. Answer and direct multi line telephone calls to appropriate person. Provide Administrative support to at least 3 others.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and must possess a positive, cheerful, can do attitude. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome and greet guests who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. The candidate must be able to work alone and in a team environment. Punctuality and attendance are very important requirement for this position.
