The ideal candidate is skilled in customer service, thrives on organization, and has experience managing business operations. We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, takes initiative to own tasks and thinks strategically, while also being able to collaborate with and supervise a small team.
The position is approximately 25-30 hours/week, Tuesdays through Fridays, hours from 1-6 pm and Saturday mornings 9-12:30. Includes administrative work as well as customer service at the desk during afternoon/evening classes.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and skills. Candidates with past experience in event planning, customer service, and administrative excellence are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
• Organize office operations & procedures
• Manage vendors and service providers, maintain office supplies inventory
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assign and monitor administrative and customer service responsibilities among front desk staff
• Supervise 2-3 front desk staff - responsible for training and support
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
• Participate in the planning and execution of dance performance events
