About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager to support our growing teams across Electrical, Renewables, and Technology divisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Assist with job setup, documentation, bidding, RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Track project progress, warranties, and permits.
• Financial Administration: Process accounts payable and receivable, prepare client invoices, reconcile statements, and support billing activities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and the Accounting team to ensure accurate job costing, timely invoicing, and clear communication.
• Systems & Tools: Utilize MS Office, Smartsheets, Sage 100 Contractor to maintain project and financial records.
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in construction, electrical, or project support preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project support role within construction, electrical, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with renewable energy or technology sectors is advantageous.
