A well-established real estate development company located in San Rafael is looking to fill a temporary Office Support/File Clerk position.

This position will last approximately 1 month and will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.
Fast paced, friendly, casual work environment. 10 minute walk from the San Rafael transit center.
· Creates new files.
· Adds new material to appropriate files.
· Scan, label and file documents in online (Dropbox) filing system
· Transfers materials to inactive storage.
· Locates missing files or materials.
· Retrieves and delivers files as requested.
· Implements changes to filing system as assigned.
· Performs other administrative responsibilities and projects as assigned.
· A high school diploma
· One (1) year of related experience preferred
· An organized approach to work assignments
· Strong proofreading skills
· A highly organized self-starter approach
· A professional demeanor and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· A team-oriented attitude and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
