We are looking for a part time employee to work as a part time office administrator.
Position Duties:
Weekly Payroll for approx. 50 employees
Accounts Payable
MSC Office Duties i.e -maintain employee files, DMV registrations, employee correspondence, office supply management
Requirements:
Admin Experience
Proficiency in: Outlook, Word, Excel
Organizational Skills
( Will be using procontractor accounting system, experience a bonus but not required)
