Award-winning Sonoma County contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our Petaluma-based team.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for estimating and managing concrete and general construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The right candidate understands the full construction process, communicates clearly with clients and subcontractors, and takes ownership of their work.
You will be involved in bidding, scheduling, job coordination, field oversight, and client communication, working closely with our office, field teams and company leadership to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals
• Review job sites prior to start and throughout construction
• Manage job schedules, subcontractors, and inspections
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams
• Track change orders, job costs, and documentation
• Coordinate billing and payment schedules with accounting
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in construction estimating and project management
• Strong concrete and field construction background
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Clean DMV record
