We are hiring an entry-level Human Resources Administrative Assistant to work in our central warehouse in Healdsburg. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working employee to add to our fast paced work environment and growing team. This position is full time, M-F.
Duties & Responsibilities Summary:
• Review Time Cards for errors and compliance with CA meal break laws
• Process Time Card Adjustments
•Track and maintain employee attendance and tardiness
• Scan and maintain personnel files
• Spanish Speaking Orientations
• Answer Employee requests and questions
• Special projects as time allows
• Filter through High Volume of resumes efficiently and in an organized manner
• Complete interview Job Screen
• Schedule/Maintain interview schedules
• Schedule pre-employment drug tests and physicals
•Create and post available jobs
•Assist in onboarding process and all day hiring events
• Pre-employment drug test and physical
• Pre-employment background check
• Able to communicate effectively, by speaking and reading English.
• Must be Bilingual or able to communicate in Spanish effectively
• Must be able to follow procedures and instruction (written and verbal) with consistency and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Able to quickly learn specialized software program
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Work well with co-workers with positive attitude and team approach
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills
1-2 Years of HR Administrative Assistance experience preferred but not required.
