Spectrum Financial Management is a fee-only financial advisory firm in San Rafael, California that has been providing comprehensive financial management to individuals and families for over twenty-five years. We are seeking a reliable, well-organized Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative duties and ensure ongoing excellence in client service.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide front desk reception and outstanding customer service
• Answer, screen and direct phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain company calendar and contacts
• Plan, manage and assist with tax season
• Prepare and distribute correspondence
• Maintain organized and accurate filing systems and records
• Manage accounts receivable
• Process payroll
• Order office supplies and equipment and review invoices
• Serve as the liaison for suppliers and third party service providers

Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
• 2-5 years experience as office administrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in an environment where confidentiality is part of daily operations
