LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse - Medical Case Manager

$40/hour DOE • Weekdays Only • No Nights or Weekends

Marin Ventures is a supportive adult day program serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including medically fragile and older adults.

This is a hands-on LVN role with consistent hours (7:00am–3:30pm), strong benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

You Will:

• Manage medical care and daily individual plans for assigned participants
• Provide direct support and instructional services to non-medical caseload
• Oversee medications and health documentation for facility
• Respond to medical needs and emergencies
• Train and support DSP staff on medical protocols
• Work closely with families and providers

You Bring:

• Active California LVN license
• 2+ years LVN experience
• Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
• Supervisory or lead experience
