Intermediate electric bass player working on his singing, guitar and songwriting chops based out of Santa Rosa, looking for other inspired/committed musicians in the area to meet up, collaborate, jam, song-write, etc. and potentially create a band that wants to play out and perform locally.
My influences are all over the place, but I lean towards southern rock/country/blues/dead sounds.

Im used to picking some cool cover tunes to hone in a sound with and peppering in some originals to expand the sound if they fit the vibe we’re creating.
You should be wanting/willing to rehearse weekly and able to put in the time and work necessary to create a good solid sound by practicing your parts at home and coming to practice for REHEARSAL.
I've been through this a few times and find it way too distracting and disrespectful if one or more members are just getting drunk/too stoned to play and more interested in killing time away from the family instead of working towards a common goal to make good music and prep for performances.
Not wanting to meet up weekly just to f_*k around and jam instead of working towards bettering our sound.
My goal is for serious musicians that are passionate about their music and are ready to make efforts to perform out every couple months or more if/when the band starts to pick up steam. Not endless practices that never seem to get anywhere.
Willing to step into an existing band if the fit is right.
