Mind At Wrest just released a new album (follow the link below to listen to it). The band is looking to book several live shows in the Bay Area (and beyond, if we have the means) to promote the new album and to record a live album to also release and sell (performers will get a portion of sales).

The music goes from super fast to slow and grinding. The lyrics are political, satirical and polemic social commentary. There are a lot of elements in this music that are fun and everyone will be encouraged to have input on how to make the shows and live recording the best they can be. Be a part of a fun and challenging musical project!
