This is a rare 1980 Matsumoku designed Aria Pro II ZZB bass. It has a black finish with a thunderbolt graphic. The wide-range pickups and electronics work as designed. The maple neck is straight and has a low action. The 22 frets are polished and in good condition. It has an alder body and a rosewood fretboard. The strings are new. The bass plays great! It includes the original factory case with the logo. The case lining was wearing thin so a reinforcement was added. The guitar is in good condition overall but does have minor imperfections in the paint as should be expected from 45 years of playing.
This is in much better condition than most selling on Ebay for $1200-$1500 and includes the factory hardshell case!
