For sale is a custom Martin Backpacker guitar, nylon strings, with a Saeple Mahogony open body and maple binding.
This is a one of a kind guitar that is a work of art.
If you've ever held a Martin Backpacker, you wished it had a body.
Being a Luthier, I decided to make one.
The instrument also has a Martin Thinline piezo under saddle pickup.
The bridge has been modified to make the string angle equal for all string,
which equalizes the pressure on the pickup across the six strings.
I also added a battery box ( see pics ).
Also includes a soft case with shoulder straps.
Scale Length = 610mm
Total length =900mm
Nut width = 48mm
Body width = 355
Dody depth = 52mm
