But not to be outdone the pickups are a big step up. The neck has Seymour Duncan sh-2n and the best part is the bridge has Seymour Duncan custom shop crazy viii's. This is hand wound and one of the best bridge pickups you can get for a 7 string.
Another cool thing about this guitar is that it has an easier to set up Floyd rose(lo-pro edge 7). If you've ever used a Floyd Rose you know how annoying it can be if you want to change your setup. This one comes with a spring loaded mechanism on the back that all you need to do is flip the guitar over and adjust it with an allen wrench to re-setup. You don't need to unscrew the back and do a whole bunch of tweaking to adjust the tension.
**be aware that I took the strings off to confirm the Seymour Duncan was the custom shop I thought it was. I will leave the guitar unstrung but will include a new pack of strings with the guitar when I ship it!**
