A beautiful clean original 1952 (not a re-issue) Gibson ES-5. The ES 5 was the first guitar ever to feature 3 pickups. The finish on this guitar is close to new, and looks spectacular. Comes complete with hang tags, original instruction manual, and original case. There were two cracks in the upper bout which happened in shipping when I bought the guitar. They have been repaired by an expert restoration luthier and only one of them is visible at all. See the photo of the upper bout. The bridge on this guitar is a non original modern era tune-o-matic. There is a strap button installed on the heal, and the end pin strap button is missing. Otherwise all else is original.
