Shipping Associate (santa rosa)

• Operate computerized shipping manifest systems like FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Process paperwork for domestic and global shipments
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and order as necessary
• Palletize shipments
• Receive and process customer returns
• Pick and pack orders
• Other duties as needed.

• Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail are required
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, USPS and international shipping
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing demands
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lb regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, sit and reach
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Customs Documentation experience preferred
