2007 BMW 1200 GSA! $3,100 or fair offer.

This bike has been great to me but it’s time to move it along. It has high mileage from freeway commuting in the Bay Area for 12 years. It still runs and handles well so I figure it’s perfect for a recreational rider, or someone who wants to convert their GS into an Adventure, with some spare parts left over. Or just use what you want and sell the rest!

Minor Issues:
- The “add oil” light comes on even with plenty of oil. I guess this is a common issue, my mechanic and various forums all say to ignore it.
- In hot weather or stalled traffic, the bike runs a little warmer than I like. Not hot, but a click above where I want it. Been told to ignore that, too!

Service Milestones:
All regular maintenance and recalls performed, plus:
- May 2019 @ 68k: right head replaced due to a slipped valve.
- Sep 2020 @ 73k: transmission replaced (RTP black version), plus seals.
- Sep 2020 @ 73k: clutch replaced with transmission.
- Sep 2021 @ 80k: left head replaced due to valve noise.
- Aug 2023 @ 87k: Blackstone Oil Report – No Issues.
- Oct 2024 @ 92.5k: Hex GS 911 Inspection a & Report – No Issues, 1 fault code present (battery positive over voltage).
- July 2025 @ 93.5k: Swing arm pulled and inspected; output seals and driveshaft inspected. No leaks, wobbles, other issues. Splines cleaned and lubed, new upper shaft boot installed.
- July 2025 @ 93.5k: New rear brake disc/ pads.

Plusses:
- The bike has been well maintained, kept clean, and garaged.
- No accidents, never dropped, never offroaded.
- Wilburs 642/630 shocks (about $2600)
- ADV lower crash bar extensions ($300)
- TKC 70 tires installed 1,000 miles ago ($600)
- Tags good through July 2026!

Selling as is. Texts preferred.
