My 25 year old roof is coming apart so I am having a new one installed soon and I thought it would be a good time to have my 15 year old a/c unit replaced too because I plan on selling this house in 1.5 years, and it would be a good selling point, plus next year prices are going to double from $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 because they are changing the Freon to a different type for the environment.
