My 25 year old roof was coming apart so I am having a new one installed soon and I thought it would be a good time to have my 15 year old a/c unit replaced too because I plan on selling this house in 1.5 years, and it would be a good selling point, plus next year prices are going to double from $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 because they are changing the Freon to a different type for the environment.So instead of adding it to the land fill I decided to sell it to someone that needs a good a/c unit for a house, shop, or barn. On 10-24-25 I reduced the price $300.00 from $1200.00 to $900.00, and on 11-7 I reduced it another $150.00 to $750.00, then on 3-26-26 I lowered it to $650.00, and on 4-15-26 I reduced it to $500.00, and on 5-26-26 I reduced it to $475.00, I am Firm on the price, cash only, no trades, no PayPal, no Venmo, no Zelle, no checks, no meeting halfway.
