Not the house. Not the solar. THE TILES. All ~4,900 of them. Moving to Arizona and apparently you can't take your roof with you. I asked.

Monier Premier flat concrete tiles — DISCONTINUED. Stamped MONIER on the bottom, date code 90, PREMIER on the face. I flipped one over like a Dateline detective. I have the photos.
Monier got acquired by Boral. This profile is GONE. The factory is probably a Starbucks now. You cannot buy these new. The only source is salvage.
