Staircase has been disassembled to stringers and steps. See pictures for the current condition.
> 2x12 pressure treated lumber.
> 7" risers with 12" deep treads.
> Steps are 36" wide with two 2x12 stringers for an overall staircase width of 39".
> There are 14 Simpson steel stair brackets (TA10Z) plus the top of the stringer (step not included) for an overall rise of approximately 8'7".
Of the fourteen metal bracket-supported 2x12 stairs, the top and bottom steps were cut down to 2 x 10 to accommodate the previous installation.
